About Our Founder
Chef Matthew hails from upstate New York about 90 miles north of NYC. He found his passion for cooking with his grandfather at an early age. During his time as a student at The College of St. Rose, he continued to work in the restaurant industry learning all facets of the business and sharpened his skills. After graduation, he followed his culinary curiosity to Los Angeles where the food scene was exploding in 2010. He has worked all over the city earning his stripes at top restaurants like Farmshop Brentwood and The Wallace. His passion is to help organize and grow businesses and train the next generation of great chefs.
